Korpikirjasto is located in the middle of the wilderness landscape in Keuruu Pihlajavesi near Ähtäri. The place gives experiences for both children and adults. Come and listen to the silence of nature, disconnect yourself from everyday life amid books, nature and unique architecture.
Korpikirjasto (Wilderness Library) is a real library, where you can immerse yourself in books, borrow them, discuss topics that interest you or even test your knowledge of the forest fauna.
In the Book Café, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pastries, which are made using domestic ingredients and local products, such as berries from the area and eggs from our own chickens. We accept cash as a payment method.
We also have friendly and curious sheep that you can pet, as well as chickens and a rooster, and if you're lucky, you might see two library cats.
